How do tokens work?
1 profile with data = 1 token. If SocialEnrich finds no data for a query → 0 tokens are deducted. The first download/export deducts a token, re-exporting the same data is free.
How does token rollover work?
Free plan: no rollover. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business): unused tokens roll over and never expire. Use them whenever you want.
Does the API have a separate rate limit?
The API shares the token pool with the UI. Rate limits: Starter 10 req/sec, Growth 25, Business 50, Enterprise custom.
What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?
You can purchase top-up tokens anytime. Or upgrade your plan to get more tokens for the next month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you get 200 free tokens upon registration, no credit card required. Once you use them, you can choose a suitable plan.
